-Once the reservation is made, you will have 24 hours to cancel and receive a 100% refund. - After 24 hours of making your reservation, the penalty will be 40%. - Non-refundable if you cancel your reservation 24 hours or less before the date of your service. - Out of mutual respect, we request that your arrival be on time.
