°Late arrivals will be completed according to the scheduled treatment time and the service fee will not change.

°In all cases, if you are unable to attend the appointment you have booked with us, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your services and thus avoid charges of 50% of the value of your service.

°Young people under 15 years of age are also welcome in our facilities in the company and supervision of an adult, respecting the internal policies of the place.

°If you are about to become a mother, we are concerned about both your safety and that of your baby, so we ask you to seek advice on which treatments are most appropriate during this beautiful stage of your life.
